Ingredients (for 2 people)
Frozen clams … 200g
Water…400cc
Sake…1 tablespoon
Miso … 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
How to make
1. Put frozen clams, water, and sake in a pot, heat over medium heat, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove if scum appears.
Tip: Cook for 2 to 3 minutes after the clams open.
2. Add miso and boil.
