A couple came from Kitahiroshima to visit. The husband, whose hobby is eating ramen while walking around, showed me his smartphone.
The shop is called Daishin, the owner has always loved soy sauce, and the first one is soy sauce ramen.
And since Uri had miso ramen, I decided to try it and was told that it was very delicious.

Daishin Sapporo main store was founded in 1985. A popular shop that sells nearly 100 cups a day at peak times! The most popular item at this restaurant is the authentic miso ramen, which is also recommended by the owner we interviewed. Pork bones that have been slowly simmered over low heat for three days go perfectly with miso.
The fairly smooth soup is said to be due to the tonkotsu (tonkotsu) soup, which does not have a porky odor and is not made from plain water.
