I prepared shredded Chinese cabbage, seaweed, green onions, and dried greens.

First, put miso and dashi granules into a bowl.

Add your favorite ingredients to it, then pour boiling water over it, being careful not to burn yourself.

At first, stop at about the third bowl. If you fill the bowl with hot water, it will be difficult to stir.

At this stage, make sure the miso is completely dissolved and then add enough hot water to the desired amount while tasting.

The miso soup is now as good as anything made in a pot!

There are endless ways to arrange miso soup!

If you arrange the ingredients for miso soup, you will never get bored of it.

You can of course use dried vegetables and dried seaweed, as well as vegetables that can be eaten raw or vegetables that can be cooked through blanching, like the Chinese cabbage I prepared this time.

For example, if you use this method, you can enjoy the texture of komatsuna stems, which tend to lose their crunch if overcooked.

If you have some leftover vegetables in the fridge, try cutting them up into small pieces.

In addition to vegetables and dried foods, miso soup will be even more delicious if you add condiments such as green onions, Japanese ginger, Japanese ginger, and ginger.

Since I started making zubora miso soup, I almost no longer make miso soup in a pot.
