Some people say, “We also put honey in our miso soup.”
In the video, there was a scene in which Tsuji remade miso soup that was left over from the previous day by adding additional ingredients.
Mr. Tsuji added dashi stock to the miso soup and explained, “We don’t have enough ingredients, so I’m going to add nameko mushrooms.” After that, he added the miso and then took out the honey, saying, “I’m going to put the honey in the miso soup that everyone asks, “at?” and poured it into the pot.
In response, in the comment section of the video, there were surprised voices such as “You put honey in miso soup!” “at does honey taste like in miso soup!?” “I wonder what it tastes like?” “I put honey in my miso soup. It doesn’t taste as good if you boil it,” he said.
