This time I would like to share with you the cod milt miso soup recipe!

Ingredients (for 2 people)
Cod milt … 100g
Green onion … 1/4 (30g)

☆Seasoning
Water…400cc
Japanese style granule soup stock … 1/3 teaspoon
Miso … 2 tablespoons

How to make
1. Cut the green onions into small pieces.
2. Gently wash the milt with water and drain. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
3. Add water (not listed: 300cc) and salt (not listed: 1/2 tablespoon) in a bowl, mix, add the milt, and gently wash to remove slime. Wash under running water and wipe dry.
Tip: If there are streaks or blood vessels, remove them. The recommended salt water content is 3% salt.
4. Put water and Japanese-style dashi granules in a pot, heat over medium heat, and when it comes to a boil, add the milt. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
Tip: If there is any scum, remove it.
