This time, I would like to show you how to make miso soup using white dashi!

Ingredients (for 2 people)
Fried tofu… 1/2 piece (10g)
Green onion … 10cm (30g)
Wakame (dried) … 1 tablespoon
Water…300cc
Shirodashi … 1/2 tablespoon
Miso … 1 tablespoon

How to make
1. Cut the green onions diagonally into 5mm wide pieces.
2. Wipe off the oil from the fried tofu with kitchen paper. Cut in half lengthwise and then into 1cm width pieces.
3. Pour water into a pot and heat over medium heat. Once it boils, add fried tofu and green onions. Bring to a boil again, then cover and simmer over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add wakame and white soup stock. Stir in the miso and bring to a boil.
