Warm and warm!Easy warming soup recipe using long yam
As part of my warm-up routine, I am practicing “always drinking soup with every meal.” Our menu includes warm soups made with ingredients that warm your body.
However, on days when my kids have lunch boxes, I can’t make elaborate soups in the morning. On such days, we may not have instant miso soup in stock.
Miso balls are useful for those busy mornings and daily meals. I use my free time to make and stock miso balls to save money for housework.
