Setagaya, a subsidiary of Yoshinoya Holdings, will hold the grand opening of its new brand “Special Miso Ramen Wada Shoten Noda Store” in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture on January 25th.
Wada Shoten’s miso ramen combines a special miso sauce based on Osaka Daigen Miso, which was founded in 1823, with thickly cooked chicken broth, and is supple and flavorful using Hokkaido wheat. It’s said to be a special dish made with homemade noodles, plump beef simmered in a special sauce for each order, onions, menma, and green onions.
The menu includes “Miso Ramen” (900 yen including tax), “Miso Ramen Celebration Mori” (1270 yen), “Miso Ramen Bakugyu” (1450 yen), “Miso Tsukemen” (1050 yen), and “Spicy Miso Ramen” (980 yen). yen), “Soy Sauce Ramen” (850 yen), “Spicy Soy Sauce Ramen” (930 yen), and “Niboshi Soy Sauce Ramen” (830 yen), which is limited to the Noda store.
The Noda store sells a limited edition “Niboshi Soy Sauce Ramen,” as well as “Children’s Ramen” (400 yen), “Mini Char Mayo Bowl” (350 yen), and “Gyoza Set” to make it easier for families and groups to use. (3 pieces, small rice, 360 yen) and the “karaage set” (2 pieces, small rice, 390 yen) are also available.
Each bowl of ramen comes with a raw egg. Enjoy with special miso ramen, toppings, and seasonings on the table.
Toppings such as Kyoto Kujo green onions shipped directly from the farm and homemade umami chili oil chive kimchi are available to go with both the special miso ramen and rice.
The Noda store is the company’s third store, following the Nankai Namba main store (Osaka Prefecture) and Nishi-Ikebukuro store (Tokyo), and the first roadside store.
