The Kanazawa Hikari Lions Club, to which I belong, donated 1,200 servings of instant miso soup at the Nukaya Fureai Gymnasium to provide warm food for people living in evacuation centers.

I go to evacuation centers every day to exchange information.

At that time, many of the evacuees said that they only have lunch boxes every day, so having miso soup with them warms their bodies and spirits, so this time we purchased instant miso soup from the Kanazawa Hikari Lions Club and donated it to them. Ta.

The evacuees say they really appreciate the warm miso soup provided…

He said that since he eats lunch every day, he feels relieved when he has miso soup.

This time, four people handed it over: Chairman Toshiya Tanaka, Secretary Sasaki, Mr. Yoneda, and myself, the chairman of the citizen youth committee.

I’m really glad that everyone enjoyed it so much.

I would like to do what I can to make life in the evacuation center as comfortable as possible while working closely with the evacuees.

It was featured prominently in today’s morning paper.

Today, members of the local Nakamachi Shita Neighborhood Association, voluntary disaster prevention association, community center, women’s club, etc. will be serving rice balls and pork soup.

Thank you everyone for your guidance.
