Ingredients (for 2 people)
Silken tofu … 100g
Onion … 1/4 piece (50g)
Wakame (dried) … 1 tablespoon
Japanese style granule soup stock … 1/3 teaspoon
Miso … 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Water…300cc
Fine green onion (chopped)…appropriate amount
How to make
1. Thinly slice the onion.
2. Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes.
3. Put water and Japanese-style dashi granules in a pot, heat over medium heat, and when it comes to a boil, add the onions, tofu, and wakame, cover, and simmer for about 3 minutes. Stir in the miso and bring to a boil.
4. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with fine green onions.
