A must-see especially for those who like Japanese food!
This time, I tried two types of miso soup set meals.

at is the miso soup specialty store that opened in Mizuho Ward?

The store is located along the main street, about a 5-minute walk south from Exit 3 of Mizuho Sports Center Nishi Station on the Subway Sakuradori Line.

There are no private parking lots available, including those in partnership, so if you are driving, please use a nearby coin parking lot.

A cozy space with 7 seats at the counter (6 seats depending on the situation).

You have to pick up tea, water, towels, etc. yourself.

We also offer omakase miso soup, but best of all, you can order it to your liking.“Custom miso soup (from ¥550)”I’m curious.

The original price also includes 5 types of vegetables, so I chose either A or B.

By the way, you can choose your favorite vegetables for toppings.

We received two types of custom miso soup!

First of all, we will have a custom miso soup of “bonito soup stock x red miso” and a “rice and small bowl set”.

Select B (shimeji mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes, pumpkin, onions) as the base vegetable.

It also comes with toppings of fried chicken (¥50), sardine fish balls (¥200), and additional vegetables (¥100).

Miso soup is the main feature of this restaurant, so it’s served in a large bowl!

The bonito has a strong flavor, and the red miso is rich and just the right amount of salt.

It has a lot of ingredients and is voluminous, and the individuality of each ingredient is clearly expressed.
I especially liked the “Sardine Tsumire” which tasted even better when combined with the miso soup.

The total price including rice is 1,250 yen including tax.
The price was quite high for a miso soup set meal due to the toppings, but it was as satisfying as if you were eating a hot pot dish.

Next is the custom miso soup of “Niboshi x Barley Miso”, and the basic vegetables are A (hiratake, arugula, paprika, carrot, potato).

It is also topped with tofu (¥100), chicken fish balls (¥200), and additional vegetables (¥100).

This also comes with a “rice and small bowl set”.

Dashi stock made from dried sardines has a rich flavor and flavor, and even when combined with miso, its individuality is clearly revealed.

The barley miso has a slightly sweet taste, and the overall finish is mellow and easy to eat.
The same can be said about the miso soup mentioned earlier, but it’s a vegetable-based dish that’s delicious and guilt-free.

By the way, the total price is 1,300 yen including tax.
Paired with rice and a small side dish, I was completely satisfied.

Various seasonings such as shichimi, ichimi, sansho, and sesame are prepared on the table, so you can add an accent to the deliciousness while enjoying the dish.

You can also use special furikake for rice.

We have a “miso soup ticket” instead of a coffee ticket!

at I noticed when paying the bill“Miso soup ticket”The presence of!
I was surprised to see that a miso soup specialty store inherited the coffee ticket culture that is familiar to coffee shops.

Here you can enjoy one basic meal at a reasonable price.

I’m glad that you can order the miso soup by choosing even the smallest details.

en you want to taste vegetable-based dishes or feel the comfort of Japanese food, please stop by Miso Soup Ya Marifuku.
