How to make “Nameko Smashburg”

Ingredients (for 4 people) *The photo shows half the quantity.

Minced meat…400g
Nameko…1 pack
Onion…1/2 piece
Watercress…1 pack
Salad oil…appropriate amount
Salt…a little bit
Pepper…a little
Butter…10g
Cherry tomatoes…8 pieces

Sake…2 tablespoons
Mirin…2 tablespoons
Soy sauce…2 tablespoons
Grain mustard…1 tablespoon

How to make ① Prepare the ingredients!

Boil the nameko mushrooms for about 1 minute and drain the water. Finely chop the onions.
