A restaurant called “Miso Ramen Higashi” has opened just a short distance from the west exit of JR Motomachi Station toward the sea.

2-9-1 Motomachi-dori, Chuo-ku, Kobe City

The store is located just outside the west exit of JR Motomachi Station, facing the ocean. Right across the crosswalk.

In the same row are the yakitori shop “Yoshidori”, the pachinko parlor “MK MOTOKAN”, “Yayoiken”, and “Matsuya”.

This is what it looks like when you turn to the other side. If you keep going this way, you will find Hanakuma Park.

There is “Winds Kobe” nearby, and there are also stairs leading to Motomachi Station on the Hanshin Railway.

At the restaurant, you can enjoy a unique miso ramen that is a blend of Hokkaido miso, Shinshu miso, and Kobe miso.

The noodles are specially made medium thick noodles with a smooth and chewy texture. One bowl of miso ramen costs 880 yen.

Weekday sets include “half-grilled rice (+300 yen)” and “2 pieces of fried chicken and white rice set (+350 yen).”

It’s very close to the station, so if you’re interested, why not feel free to stop by?
