Fermentation town is on sale at convenience stores!

“Miso Ramen,” a collaboration between “7-Eleven Japan” and businesses in Joetsu City, will be sold in the Hokuriku region, including Niigata Prefecture, from the 13th of next week.

This is the miso ramen that will be sold.

The soup is made with white miso from Sugita Miso Brewery in Joetsu City. And sake lees from Maruyama Sake Brewery is used.

I supervised Joetsu Aimenkai, which is made at a ramen shop in the city.

On the 7th (Thursday), business operators in the city who were involved in the 7-Eleven Japan collaboration visited Mayor Nakagawa to sample the completed products.

“7-Eleven Japan” has been selling products in collaboration with local regions, and this time Joetsu was selected as one of the products for the Ramen Fair.

The ramen will go on sale from the 13th next week at 767 7-Eleven stores in four prefectures in the Hokuriku region, including Niigata Prefecture.

The price is 604 yen including tax. Miso ramen will be sold based on the regional revitalization comprehensive partnership agreement signed by Joetsu City and 7-Eleven Japan.
